I began my artistic career in the 1970s by studying figurative art and traditional painting techniques. Today, my work has evolved to explore the expressive potential of various materials and how they are utilized.

Material is no longer merely subservient to the final result; instead, it becomes a protagonist in the transformation that emotion works upon vision.

My dialogue with the material is imbued with memories, symbols, and myths—themes deepened by my architectural studies—leading me to favor a more intimate understanding and a tactile curiosity that evokes sensations transcending the visual.

I participated in the 54th Venice Biennale and have exhibited both in Italy  and abroad—in Paris, Verdelais (Bordeaux), London, Malta, and Philadelphia.

My works are held in public and private collections.
