Alfina Zignale, aka Alfinartist, is a Sicilian painter and portrait artist born in Switzerland in 1988. Always ready to be inspired by new artistic projects and inspirations, for Alfina, art is an innate gift that reflects her own self-expression. She made her first life drawing at the age of three, cultivating this passion until she chose the Santa Lucia Art School in Adrano, near Catania, as her major, graduating in 2007. Her pencils and colors portray faces, objects, sacred images, and significant themes, often accompanied by a landscape element such as the sky, often starry, representing the artist's romantic, mysterious, and dreamy side. She began her exhibition career in Rome at the international gallery Area Contesa Arte, where her first solo exhibition, "Terra mia," dedicated to her native Sicily, opened in June 2024. Her works have been featured in major events and exhibitions in various cities, both Italian and international, including Rome, Florence, Sanremo, Mantua, Palermo, Milan, Madrid, Washington, Miami, Los Angeles, and New York. Her art has been featured in numerous interviews and publications. With love, passion, and dedication, Alfina Zignale cultivates the ambition to create art that can touch and move the hearts of many.
