Ponte delle Comete">Simona Soccorsi was born in Rome in 1988. She pursued her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. Through her drawing, she explores the universe of insects—an incredibly diverse and complex microcosm whose anatomy, contrary to appearances, shares much in common with that of human beings. She depicts a small world that is fundamental to our planet's ecological balance; this body of work has evolved over the years, driven by her passion for Nature as a source of life and nourishment for the soul. She currently pursues her artistic practice at her studio, "Archivi00," in Rome.
