She holds a second-level academic diploma in Classical Singing from the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome and a degree in Art Therapies from Roma Tre University.
Working across Italy and China, Christy brings together singing, erhu, and intercultural artistic practices in music education and art therapy. She supports children, adolescents, and adults in exploring emotions, developing creativity, and discovering their sense of self, with particular attention to psychological well-being and the experiences of people living across languages and cultures.
She is a co-founder of HeartArt, an intercultural association for the arts and mental well-being, established to create opportunities for connection through art and music. Through expressive arts workshops, musical experiences, and collaborative creative projects, HeartArt promotes mental health, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue.
At the heart of HeartArt’s approach is a commitment to listening to each person and respecting their individual story, sensitivities, and pace. Its activities invite participants to explore cultural differences as opportunities for exchange, find their own voice, connect with others, and contribute to community life.
