Grazia Cantatore (Bari 1984)
He trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bari where, after graduating in fashion technician, he brought his hand as a fashion designer closer to his pictorial hand.
He obtained a master's degree in visual arts with top marks. He has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions, participating in several national competitions.
Having moved to Rome, he more insistently pursued the search for a pictorial language that exposed his thoughts on individualism and existentialism in the context of today's liquid society. Focusing on the investigation of the conception of identity in the modern era, depicting subjects absent, bewildered and suspended in an indefinite space-time.
The expressive language of the artist, through a personal analysis, expresses the continuous and troubled search for being in a world based on appearance and indifference.
