Carmela Ceparano, a painter from Caserta, has nurtured her deep passion for painting for over fifty years, with a particular focus on landscape art. Although she pursued a long and prestigious professional career as a biologist, spanning more than forty years, she never ceased to explore and deepen her artistic language, finding in art a natural extension of her scientific sensitivity.
Her painting is marked by a delicate yet incisive touch, capturing the emotional essence of her subjects and the poetic atmosphere of the landscapes she portrays. Through a masterful use of color and great attention to detail, her works reveal a profound connection to nature and an acute introspective quality in her portraits.
Currently active with the project “Soul with a Brush”, Carmela shares her artistic vision with the public through works that move between personal memory and universal aesthetic research. The balance between scientific rigor and creative freedom lends her paintings a singular emotional depth, making each piece an authentic and engaging experience.
Participating in Rome Art Week represents a significant opportunity for her to share her artistic journey with a wider community, enhancing the dialogue between science and art as complementary elements of her creative identity.
