Shana Mimieux began her artistic journey in 2012, creating her first works with Sharpie markers before evolving toward acrylic painting and developing a personal style between Pop Surrealism and Superflat.
After earning her degree in Architecture, she decided to devote herself to art, transforming her passion into a profession and a means of expressing her unique vision of the world.
After leaving Venezuela, she lived in the United States, England, Portugal, Spain, and Italy, experiences that have enriched her artistic sensitivity and deeply influenced her work.
In 2025, she published her first written and illustrated book, “Todos somos Chuchi”, a story for children and adults that, through the sensitivity of color and drawing, tells the adventure of immigration and the search for belonging. The book became an international Best Seller the day after its release, receiving wide acclaim from both the public and critics.
