The Art That Ignites Myth

"Self-taught artist with an innate curiosity for material and conceptual experimentation. The exploration of color and shapes, born out of admiration for Pop Art, soon evolved into a unique artistic project: the immortality of icons on wheels.

From abstract styling on enamel to the energetic Vespe Special 50, her research has focused on vintage cars (Fiat 500, Porsche 356, Beetle, Bulli). The canvases become faithful reproductions where the casting resin gives life and depth.

The real signature lies in the installation: used pieces of vintage cars are integrated into the works, making them live installations, where the headlights turn on and the lights flash, giving a touch of 'immortality' to the object. Each plaque, number and color has a precise meaning, transforming the work into a personal and historical narrative.

Monica's creations have been exhibited internationally, with collaborations with Galleria Cà D'oro and Canova (Rome, Miami, New York). She was invited by Fiat in Tokyo in 2014 for a solo show and she currently collaborate with Lamaroarte in Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Rome, Milan, New York, Miami, Tokyo.
