Paolo Cazzella was born in Rome in 1953 where he studied with Carmine Cecola, Mario Cimara, Saro Mirabella, Dante Ricci at the first Liceo Artistico di via di Ripetta;at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome with Arnoldo Ciarrocchi, Antonio Del Guercio, Celestino Ferraresi, Alberto Ziveri.
