DAFNE CROCELLA – CURRICULUM VITAEDafne Crocella, who graduated in cultural anthropology from Sapienza University of Rome in 2002, began working as a curator of contemporary art exhibitions in December 2007 at the ARTROM Network's Roman home gallery, Artist Presentation Space.

There, she curated dozens of exhibitions both in the home gallery spaces and through external participation, and launched the Art Experiences workshops, creating a cultural hub open to artists and art lovers where they could meet, present books, and share art experiences.

During those years, she began collaborating with the International Slow Art Movement, with which she has collaborated on several occasions, bringing slow art techniques to museums and galleries including the MAXXI, the MNAO, the GNAM, and the MURO.

Since 2013, she has collaborated with Spazio Comel in Latina, overseeing the installation and curation of exhibitions for the Comel Prize and related events.

Since 2015, she has worked as a freelance curator and founded ArtPlatform, a meeting platform for creatives.

With Artplatform, she created the events "Arte in Cortile" at Alberone (https://www.artplatform.it/ridiscutere-lattuale-convivenza-urbana/) and "Nel Giardino di Nina" in Monte Mario (https://www.artplatform.it/bla-bla-car-in-giardino/).

She has curated art events with the Casa Internazionale delle Donne in support of the Befree social cooperative, the Rassegna Arte Gaia (https://www.artplatform.it/rassegna-arte-gaia/). She currently leads the Collettivo Artisti di Monte Mario, with which she created the 2019 Artists' Night and has curated the Basagliane Days since 2019. Since 2020, she has been a contributor to Sapereambiente, where she curates a street art column.
