In Rome since 1985, Galleria Latina is a contemporary art gallery with a history deeply rooted in the city and the Appio Latino neighbourhood, from which it takes its name. In January 2026, the gallery entered a new chapter, unveiling a renewed identity and a curatorial vision centred on the dialogue between art, space and design. Exhibition design has become an integral part of the gallery experience, fostering connections between artworks, their surroundings and the viewer. Its programme brings together established artists and an ongoing commitment to discovering emerging talents, exploring new artistic languages and distinctive voices that offer fresh perspectives on contemporary art.
Just a few months after its reopening, Galleria Latina presented two significant exhibitions: Tempo al Tempo, Omar Hassan’s first solo exhibition in Rome, and the group exhibition Soglie / Thresholds, exploring the notion of the threshold as a space of transition, transformation and connection.
This journey continues on 23 October 2026 with a new exhibition project dedicated to Paolo Monti 37788, reaffirming a curatorial approach grounded in artistic research, the quality of its exhibitions and the creation of meaningful dialogues across artistic languages, generations and perspectives.
