Data and contact details

OSTEnse was born at 152A Via Ostiense in Rome around a simple idea:

To nourish is to welcome.

It is not simply a place where you can eat and drink well.

Here, we care for the body, but also for thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Our aim is to be both a refuge and a crossroads: an urban space where healthy food, culture, and beauty come together naturally and accessibly.

Open every day from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, OSTEnse welcomes those who work, study, or live in the neighborhood, as well as anyone simply passing through.

Alongside our kitchen, which focuses on carefully selected ingredients from local small-scale producers, biodynamic wines, and craft beers, art exhibitions, book presentations, and live music are an integral part of everyday life.

We believe in ethical, sustainable hospitality, attentive to every detail, where taste, aesthetics, and atmosphere coexist in harmony.

Our participation in Rome Art Week is an opportunity to open our spaces even further, fostering a dialogue between artists, the public, and the neighborhood.

We would like OSTEnse to increasingly become a place where art meets around a shared table, creating conversations, ideas, and cultural exchange.
