Spazio Eughen

Spazio Eughen was born from the profound desire of a daughter: to bring her father’s works back to light, to open the doors of a studio that still breathes with color and silence, and to share it with everyone as a gift of memory and life.

The studio of Eugenio Floreancig (1942–2025), abstract artist and master of immaterial painting, located in Vicolo del Bologna 36, was for more than seventy years the center of his radical and free artistic research.

Within these walls took shape his material experiments and intimate visions, where every brush, canvas, and gesture tells the story of a man who chose art as a pure, uncompromising act.

With Spazio Eughen, I wish to preserve this legacy and return it to the community, transforming the studio into a living laboratory of sharing: open to creative projects, workshops, and dialogue with emerging artists.

An authentic place, rooted in the Trastevere neighborhood, where memory and future, roots and new visions come together.

A gift to Trastevere and to the city, so that art may continue to spark encounters and beauty.

Lucilla Floreancig
