Step into the evocative world of an artist who believes in the intricate dance between passion obsession, and the powerful energy of life itself.

Take Greek mythology, Maserati pistons, thick brown leather, SpaceX components, aged wood, John Deere rods a pinch of glass and put them all in a blender...

The art and the media that I use to create my pieces are born from the places I have lived and the experiences I have had throughout my life.

I was born in 1968 and grew up in Southern Italy. The region was influenced by the Greek empire, as evidenced in the ever present artifacts, temples, sculptures, and mythology. Greek and Latin languages were mandatory subjects at school.

After school, I lived in Rome then Greece for 6 months, Mauritius and ultimately USA in 1992. My love affair with Cuba began with the first of many trips starting in 1998.

My passions were engine components, cigars and art and in 2010 I started combining them all into one. Exotic cars and motorcycles parts were primarily used in my early work. Later, I began incorporating any part thought to have character that could be transformed. The texture, smells and color of Cuban tobacco leaves, aged-wood cigar shaping molds and rusted machinery lead me to obsess over recreating the human form into ancient and timeless looking pieces by combining different materials. My art has evolved to include tractors, helicopters, boats, airplanes even spacecraft components from SpaceX.

I believe that when passion collides with obsession, magical artwork is created.
