Critical Commentary
-
In the PlotArtEuropa 2005 catalog, art critic Stefano Elena describes Rocco Salvia’s visual language as a stylistic exercise blending Matisse-like decoration with Pininfarina-inspired design. His work merges painting and photography into interior spaces rich with memory, framed by clear lines and bold colors, like scenes shaped by free and adaptive thought.
